The Gentle 30 is an invitation to create a more easeful and flowing relationship to your own self-care practices.

It’s super simple:

  • Ingredient One: Movement for 10 minutes

  • Ingredient Two: Mindfulness for 10 minutes

  • Ingredient Three: Creativity for 10 minutes

30 minutes a day (not necessarily consecutive) for 30 days!

I’ve created a flexible and simple structure to support your wellness, mindfulness and creative practice even if you feel like you never have the time or know what to do.

The Gentle 30 does not require a commitment to punishing routines or an all-or-nothing approach.

In fact, I’ve designed it to allow for spontaneity within a guided format that embraces the constantly changing needs of our complex lives.

What you can expect from the #Gentle30warmup:

  • We kick off with a getting to know you zoom on April 21 and I will guide an entire 30 minute #gentle30.

  • I will drop fun 10 minute videos into your inbox and the fb group between April 21 and April 30 so that you have support as you complete your own #gentle30 each day.

  • We’ll do some LIVE segments each day throughout the warmup too.

  • You’ll be able to access the resources and tools I use to make my #gentle30 easier.

  • Feel free to use the support of the lovely fb group or the off fb portal and forum as much or as little as you like.

When you participate in the warmup you’ll receive:

  • The one mindset shift you must make so that you can reliably find time for the things you desire in your day, even on days when shit goes sideways.. (just a little drop is ok banish all/nothing thinking)

  • How to structure your non negotiables (gently) so that your inner rebel does not freak out and sabotage your progress

  • Why you need to add this 1 minute ritual to your day so that you train your heart and your head to keep going towards creating your ideal life.

Ah ok, so who am I and why am I doing this?

My name is Lauren and I am a mom, own several businesses, and generally have done away with conventional approaches to business in the past few years as a result of healing some recent and some childhood trauma.


I realized that the way I was working was not conducive to my wellbeing or the wellbeing of my clients, so I changed. No more deadlines. No more time blocking. No more gross sales and marketing tactics.

For me, feeling great in my business is just as important as making plenty of money. And so I’ve created a suite of trainings that empower other entrepreneurs and organizations to make similar changes.


The Gentle 30 is my take on the 75 Hard- a viral sensation of the growth and self-help world.

Many women already punish themselves (with negative self-talk, massive expectations and punishing timelines) all while neglecting the need for restorative and generative activities and support.

Many of us don’t need a regime that requires hours and hours each day. So I created a gentle alternative to facilitate flowing momentum and new, sustainable practices for self-care, healing and growth.

By design this is simple and flexible.
