Ritual + Reward is a key component of the overall Joy|Money Matrix™ experience. We all have tasks in our businesses and lives that defy delegation or dumping and so…we still have to complete them.

The R+R principle is this: for those less than joyful tasks, we simply create a ritual around them and supply a reward for ourselves upon completion.

This retreat is two-fold: we will create rituals around our own less than joyful to do list items, identify the rewards, and then actually get. Them. Done.

You’ll leave the 2 day retreat feeling lighter, accomplished and you’ll have a whole new toolkit to use rituals and rewards for all those things that remain in your life/biz so that you can stop procrastinating and do them with mindfulness and, perhaps, even a bit of joy.

We’ll also have some gorgeous time for group meditations, delightful movement and music, delicious food and connecting with other like minded entrepreneurs.

This R+R retreat takes place in downtown Manhattan and includes two lunches, snacks and a gift bag of goodies. On the evening of May 15 will be an optional group dinner.

You do not need to have participated in a JMM in order to attend this retreat.
